my journey into the world of storytelling began not in a boardroom, but in a sound studio in London. trained in audio engineering, I stepped into the creative industry as a film editor in Germany back in 1999. from day one, I was fascinated by the power of sound and moving images to influence, inspire, and ignite action.
within five years, I had worked my way into a management position, and just two years later, I founded my own agency: kambeckfilm GmbH. over the next two decades, my team of 10 in-house creatives and a broad network of freelance specialists delivered premium B2B and B2C brand solutions across industries. from powerful corporate campaigns to two full-length feature films, we explored every facet of visual storytelling and content distribution.
but creativity alone wasn’t enough. my curiosity, drive, and entrepreneurial instinct led me to launch a series of side ventures and collaborations — many of which are still thriving today.
I’ve developed award-winning pitch decks, helped shape disruptive business models, and supported start-ups and corporates alike in securing funding and traction.
through this, I gained hands-on experience in the start-up ecosystem and a deep understanding of strategic growth in both established and emerging markets.
